CANCELLATION POLICY

Your commitment to your scheduled appointment is important to me as I reserve specific time to provide a very personal and relaxed experience for every client. I do understand that things happen and life is unpredictable. That is why I respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice to either cancel or reschedule. Less than a 48 hour notice will result in a charge for half the service cost and a no-show will be charged the full amount of service. For scheduled appointments, I offer a 15 min grace period, however, that will also result in a somewhat rushed service because that really puts me behind. If you are running late please let me know asap. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it’s highly possible that we will need to reschedule the appointment and the original deposit will not be transferred to your new appointment. There are no refunds after the service has been fully rendered. However, your happiness with your hair is so important to me. If you are not 100% in love with your hair, please reach out. I offer a weeks grace period for you to come in and try to make it better. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds on time and products already used up. I just ask that you please communicate with me so we can find a solution.
